| Tyrell is meeting all his developmental milestones and is very alert and happy baby. He is healthy and there is no concern in respect of his health. He has a healthy diet and he sleeps well. His foster carer has set a good routine for him. | ||
BACKGROUND |

| Tyrell was born addicted to crack cocaine and suffered from low level withdrawl symptoms at birth. His mother has a history of mental health illness and used drugs during her pregnancy.Tyrell's paternity and exact ethnicity is unknown though it is believed that was Black African Caribbean. There would be a degree of developmental uncertainity to his history. Tyrell was cared for by his maternal grandmother untill he was 9 months old. | ||
