Statement from our Chief Executive:
We continue to see an increase in the work of
the information lines each and every month.
We provide information and advice to members of the general public on all aspects of fostering and adoption. Even if you have only
just started to think about adoption you can call to ask any questions you might have. Then you can think about it some more and if you decide
you want to pursue the idea further contact us again.
The numbers of visitors to our sites, telephone calls to our freephone helpline and the referrals we are now making to social
services and other adoption agencies is increasing all the time.

We hope these continue to increase. We have major improvements to our web site planned. This section of our web
site now gets over 40,000 visitors each month. We do not know how many of them contact the agencies after finding the information but we are
sure it is a significant number.
Last month we received over 1056 calls to our freephone line and we feel that it is very important to answer your calls
as speedily as we can.
